We want you to love your ILIA products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all gently used items within 60 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or credit.
Visit the Returns Portal
Navigate to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Select Your Items
Choose the specific products you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any USPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
